Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a full paper for review before Januray 20,2025 May 20 2025, in PDF or Word format. Each paper should be written in English. Your paper must be formatted according to the Springer template files.

Instructions for Paper Submission
We are pleased to announce that the paper submission for ECC 2025 will be managed through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) system. Kindly follow the instructions below to register and submit your paper.
Step 1: Register on CMT
Before submitting your paper, you must create an account on the CMT platform:
1. Visit the CMT registration page: [Register Here](https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ECCconf2025).
2. Click on "Register" in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Fill in the required details, including your email address, name, and affiliation.
4. Submit the registration form and verify your email to activate your account.
If you already have a CMT account, you can skip this step.
Step 2: Submit Your Paper
Once registered, follow these steps to submit your paper:
1. Log in to your CMT account.
2. Go to the ECC 2025 submission site: [Paper Submission Link](https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ECCconf2025).
3. Complete the required fields, upload your paper, and confirm your submission.
Please ensure that your submission adheres to the guidelines provided on the ECC 2025 conference website.
